Here at The Journey Church, we are committed to being on mission together, both locally & globally, through donating time, money, and resources to the following:

  • Each year in Idaho, teens age out of the foster care system without a permanent family or safety net. What follows is often marked by homelessness, poverty, and isolation. But JEMfriends offers something different: a relationship-first approach to housing, mentorship, and life skills training.

  • Love INC exists to provide assistance and partner with churches to provide assistance to our community. Love INC offers Abundant Living classes to the community as well as other resources to help those in need.

  • Stanton Healthcare is committed to providing women with quality medical care and services, at no-charge, to help them make a informed and empowered decisions about their pregnancies. They offer services such as early pregnancy verification, confirmation exams, abortion pill reversal, and other resources and support.

Locally-

  • Poppy’s House offers short-term care for children who need a safe, nurturing environment during turbulent times. There, young women are empowered through educational and vocational training, equipping them with the skills and confidence to overcome challenges and build brighter futures.

    The Journey Java sells a locally roasted, organic, single origin Peru coffee and all proceeds go to Poppy’s House, along with all tips.

  • Mercy in Action is a non-profit organization that focuses on the crisis in Maternal/Newborn/Child health care worldwide. They have been establishing and funding free birth centers for poor families in the Philippines since 1991. To date, in the Philippines, more than 17,794 babies have been delivered free of charge for the poorest of the poor in Mercy In Action's Birth Centers, and tens of thousands of lives have been helped and healed in their medical outreaches and disaster responses. Currently, Mercy In Action sponsors Birth Centers and Outreach clinics in several locations in the Philippines. All of our services are provided at no cost to the family having the baby.

Globally-

Looking for a Short-Term Missions Experience? Pray about joining us in Peru next June.

For the past 4 years, we have partnered with our onsite missionary, Michael Boswell, and People of Peru Project as we reach out and serve the impoverished communities of Iquitos, Peru. We’ve done medical outreaches, construction projects, food distribution, prayer ministry, orphan ministry at POPPYS House, Vacation Bible School for kids, church ministry and more! It’s not too early to pray about going in 2027! We will be looking for doctors, nurses and other health professionals as well as people who can swing hammers, build, and repair things, as wee as people who love to love people - and are a little adventurous and willing to try new things!
